COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
In order to keep everyone safe, here are a few important things to know:
1. Participants will be asked to set up their chairs/blankets 6 feet away from other groups.
2. All Lights Fest staff will be wearing gloves and masks when interacting with participants. If you wish to wear a mask, please be sure to bring your own.
3. To ensure that social distancing guidelines can be followed, only a limited number of participants will be able to attend
Gates open a couple hours before sunset. There will be food and drink available for purchase, vendors to check out, and live music to enjoy. Outside food and drink is typically allowed, but policies can vary by venue. Your Participant Packet will be emailed to you a week before your event, and will provide an itinerary and more details specific to this event location. Please follow your event on our Facebook Page HERE for important updates and announcements. The sky lantern launch will take place at nightfall and is 100% dependent on the wind and the fire marshal’s approval.
What makes a great event? It is the volunteers! It’s true. We absolutely could not do this without each and every one of our AMAZING VOLUNTEERS! Whether you are helping us check-in, handing out participant kits, answering questions or helping cleanup, you play a vital role in the success of The Lights Festival!
